Installing the APK

Tap the Download button above. Your browser will save the .apk file to your Downloads folder.
Allow unknown sources
When you open the file, Android will ask permission to install apps from this source. Tap Settings, enable it, then go back and tap Install.
Open and grant microphone
Launch Hertz & Health and grant microphone permission when prompted. That's all — monitoring starts immediately.
